1213 Plumbing LLC was built on more than two decades of hands-on plumbing work across commercial and residential jobsites. Founder Rudy Bustamante spent 15 years working in the industry before he saw a clear opening: the Lubbock area needed a commercial plumbing contractor who treated every job with the same care a customer puts into every dollar they spend. So he started 1213 Plumbing to fill that gap and serve the community he calls home.

Rudy's approach is straightforward. Customers are the reason 1213 Plumbing exists, and that fact shapes how every project gets handled. Whether it's a grease trap repair at a busy restaurant or a full commercial rough-in on a new build, the goal is always the same: deliver work that's worth every penny. That standard hasn't changed since day one.

We visit your location to inspect the issue, whether it's a water heater, gas system, sewer line, or fixture problem. This helps us understand the scope and provide you with an accurate plan.

Complete the Work

Our team performs the repair or installation using quality materials and proven techniques. We handle everything from camera inspections and leak detection to backflow testing and state-owned building pressure checks.

Follow-Up & Support

Once the job is done, we ensure everything works properly and answer any questions you have. We're here if you need future maintenance or additional commercial plumbing services.

Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!
